On the ECON DIY Roller Garage Door Rollerdor offers that for a period of (2) Two years parts will be covered from your products delivery, should it prove to be defective due to workmanship.
On the Classic Roller Garage Door Rollerdor offers for a period of (2) Two years parts and labour will be covered from your products initial installation, should it prove to be defective due to workmanship.
On the Superior Roller Garage Door Rollerdor offers for a period of (5) Five years parts and labour will be covered from your products initial installation, should it prove to be defective due to workmanship.
Warranty Conditions
Subject to the under mentioned specific limitations and exceptions, Rollerdor warrants all new doors, motors and electronic components of its manufacture to be free from defect in workmanship under normal use and service and further warrants all installation carried out by Rollerdor to be free from defects and workmanship its obligations hereunder being limited to making good any such defect PROVIDED THAT notice of any claimed defect in material workmanship in or resulting from installation of any door shall have been given to the Manufacturer within a reasonable period from date of installation/delivery.
Rollerdor will not be liable in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions or failure to follow the instructions ( Whether verbal or in writing ) including but without limitation: (a) electrical work external to the product(b) transportation or relocation of the product not by the supplier, (c) and error or omission relating to the product, (d) any modification adjustment or repair to the product made by a third party without the written consent of the supplier, (e) the subjection of the product by the customer to unusual physical or electrical stress, (f) the door striking an immovable object during travel, (g) failure of electrical power, or any other cause which is not due to the neglect or the default of the supplier, its employees, agents or subcontractors.
The liability of Rollerdor shall be no more than the price and/or services, except in the case of death or personal injury caused by the supplier’s negligence. Rollerdor cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that was not foreseeable to both parties at the time the contact was formed. We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us (such as loss of profits or loss of opportunity).

Conditions of Sale and Installation
Any delivery and/or installation dates given are approximate only and Rollerdor accepts no liability for delay from any cause whatsoever, including but without limitation too Act of God, war, government or semi-government enactment, regulation or restriction, lock-out, strike, industrial dispute, fire, tempest, flood, failure or inability to obtain licenses, transport of materials or any other cause beyond Rollerdors control. delivery or installation is delayed Rollerdor may extend the time of delivery or installation or if Rollerdor is unable to deliver or install, the contract shall be voidable at the Rollerdors option with no right to either party for damage, loss, cost or expense.
The buyer shall take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of any of the supplier’s representatives who visit the premises of the buyer. The buyer shall provide at all times routine day to day maintenance and care of the product.
Rollerdor will deem this guarantee to be null and void if the payment in full and cleared funds is not received for this product or any services performed upon it. This is to be coincided a breach of contract on behalf of the buyer and compensation will be sought by Rollerdor to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this guarantee will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods. For further information about your statutory rights contact your local authority Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau, this guarantee is Not Transferable.
